Gladys Fischer is a Cincinnati, Ohio–based entrepreneur and legal professional with experience spanning the legal, manufacturing, and e-commerce sectors. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, she earned an associate degree in criminal justice in 2019 after initially pursuing political science studies. While attending college, she gained hands-on legal experience working as a legal assistant and paralegal at a Cincinnati law firm, where she supported attorneys through legal research, document preparation, court filings, and case organization. Fluent in Spanish, she also assisted with translation and communication for Spanish-speaking clients, helping bridge language barriers within the legal process.
Following graduation, Ms. Fischer continued her legal career as a paralegal and legal assistant before transitioning into entrepreneurship and business operations. She is the founder of Planet Pet Supplies, an online retail business offering pet essentials such as toys, apparel, beds, treats, and accessories. Passionate about animal care, she focuses on providing reliable, high-quality products designed to improve pets’ comfort and well-being.
In addition to managing her online business, Ms. Fischer serves as an accounts assistant for Industrias Quimicas Fischer SRL, her family’s long-established manufacturing company founded in the early 1980s. In this role, she oversees registry monitoring and reconciles operational reports involving regulated chemical products. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she supports charitable initiatives through Bolivia Digna, an organization dedicated to improving opportunities for children and adolescents in Bolivia.
